Did anyone get hit by any jokes or did you play any on anyone? I played one on my sister and unfortunately she did not find it funny at all

My family has never been big on practical jokes, which is most unfortunate because I find them very funny.

Twisted one.... My brother and his family (wife, 2 children) this year showed up at my parents unannounced with extra suitcases and the dogs, saying they had lost the house and because he had lost his job. They needed a place to stay for a a couple of weeks while he made other arrangements until the house could be sold. He let this go on for about half a day, then after dinner they pulled out a cake that said "April Fools, We're Here for a Visit." The folks didn't know whether to laugh or cry; there was a little of both and surprisingly he lived.

Youtube did a thing where you could buy collections of their clips on dvd, laserdisc or betamax, with options to ship them by post, ship or packhorse
