I recently watched One Million BC, it was an old movie (TCM) about early man. The most absurd thing about the film was not that it depicted people and dinosaurs co existing, when dinos had long been extinct, but rather Raquel Welch:

If humanity really had her as a genetic starting point, all of us would be flawless and bathed in blinding light.

How many of you have ever watched the Coyote and the Roadrunner cartoons? You know the one where the Coyote goes into endless debt with ACME, buying useless devices to catch a scrawny bird, when he could have spent a fraction of that money, gotten a ride to the supermarket and purchased a nice plump chicken or turkey.

Instead the self proclaimed "Super Genius" continues to double down and engage in maximum expendature for little to no return.

hmmm, come to think of it I just gave a great summary of how Keynesean Economics has actually worked out so far when it has been tried

I recently saw a commercial for something called a "Cami"

You ladies are going to have to help me out on this one.

So you go out and buy these "Low Cut" outfits with your "girls" pouring out everywhere and you are "shocked" at the attention and oogling you get at your workplace from all of the hetrosexual males hanging out at the water cooler.

So this company is selling you a "napkin" thing to block the view so to speak. Would'nt it be simpler to not wear the low cut stuff to work if your really want more eye contact and less of your professional male coleagues beaking down into slobbering neandrathals over your assets?

As I understand now they have a similar garment for low hip hugger jeans to cover up what is commonly called Plumber's Crack.

Do I really keep missing something here?

I dusted off my old 2112 cd by Rush, you really have to admire those boys. Before they released their now legendary album, they were ordered by their record label to produce something short, radio friendly etc.. they were having none of it and in the ultimate act of F....U! they put out 2112, whose first song, the title track, was a 20 minute long epic about a boy trapped in an artificial socialist utopia in the year 2112.

Not exactly accessable material for someone looking for "baby, blah blah, blah... " Oddly enough it sold in the millions.

To this day, Rush's agreements with its record label state that the record company has no say in anything they record, now how many bands have that kind of deal (are you listening P-Diddy?).

Now you cannot help but love three guys who planned on going down fighting in 1975, and wound up with 30 Million plus in album sales over the next 30 years and still play sold out venues to this day.

A recent ultrasound was done of her offspring and somebody got ahold of a CG rendering of what her child might look like:

Gee that was what I was thinking too!

Suzanne Collins, apparantly wrote Hunger Games as an angry reaction to "Reality TV" (she stated such in a recent interview) good for her, I think she nailed it myself.

A recent rash of video game "HD Collections" has appeared. These are PS2 and Xbox games from years ago that have been upgraded to 720P and sold in collections.

Is the videogame industry truly running out of new ideas?

Happy Easter guys and thank you for putting up with me.
