i just switched from google chrome to IE9 and can't believe how much quicker it is...unless my comp is just as temperamental as i am?

Maybe because you don't have as many watchers and trackers watching your every move

I used Google Chrome on my custom-built 24" iMac, and I find it is faster than Safari, Firefox, Opera, and all the other browsers I've used
 .

You can custom build a Mac? I never heard of this. Or is it a PC running Mac OSX, a hackintosh?

i have found Firefox to be the best browser all round, the extensions and open source make Firefox a customizable beast
