I started to put this in "our pets" section, but they're not really pets, just remarkably evolved animals of Australia!

It's kinda funny...there's so many other animals there but they're largely poisonous; guess that's why there was only one picture of just the funnel spider...not an extremely brave photographer?
 Those poor Tasmanian tigers! What's sad is that even if they hadn't all been killed, they would still be facing extinction from disease like the Tasmanian devil is now. The Tasmanian devil has too little genetic diversity in it population, and testing done on old pelts and such has been showing that the Tasmanian tiger had even less genetic diversity.
