Might be great for agoraphobics. No I haven't tried. I don't have much experience with therapy but I think I'd like the face to face, personal touch.

It's not the same as talking to someone in person. You don't cry when you confess your feelings to someone online or over text, but when I talk to a therapist in person, I start bawling and I surprise myself, but then I get paranoid that my therapist must think I'm a crybaby.

I don't think it's nearly as therapeutic. I mean...technically, this is quite similar to online therapy...we come here to seek help from others to solve our problems. It's just not the same as going to see someone and hearing someone tell us that everything is going to be okay.

I've been giving online therapy a go recently, because it does cost less than the traditional form. I have found it to be not much different than regular therapy.
