I am SO sick of this sh,t! My brother just got robbed with a knife INFR0NT of 5 policemen AGAIN these guys took his backpack and cellphone, he fought them back and managed to get his bag back, but UGH, he called for help, no response, when the guys ran away, the policemen question HIM instead of chasing after the guys This happens WAY too often in an already dodgy neighbourhood, and nobody does anything about these cops, not even when you go to the media. I'M SICK OF THIS BS I'm just glad he wasn't stabbed. Thank God for small mercies.

NVM my rant. I think I just got angry at the cops cos I got the bejeeziz scared out of me... My eldest brother was butchered to death in '09. There were no cops to save him, I get that. But my baby brother could've died tonight while policemen stood nearby... The world is not a pretty place. Unicorns definitly do not sh,t rainbows

This sounds so typical of SA, doesn't it (I'm sorry to say). Glad your brother is okay.

Sorry Trippin. I have no idea how to respond. I'm glad your brother is ok. Police sound like they wouldnt even be good elementary school hall monitors much less police officers.

Thanks, Idk what kind of response I was hoping for, guess I just needed to be heard. They really are useless over here, it's quite sad that you can't trust them to help.

Good Lord, that's awful! Don't the people protest? Doesn't it do any good? Something really needs to be done! I'm so sorry this happened! People must be afraid to even go out of their homes!!

Please stay safe Trippin! Sending prayers your way!! God bless.

Thanks Lee, protesting doesn't get us better policemen, in fact, it doesn't even get rid of the corrupt ones. Suprizingly tho, people aren't scared to leave their homes. It's not an everyday occurance, but more likely to happen during festive season. I guess those guys just saw a golden opportunity for a freebie...

I saw this happen in NYC one time. I was coming out of a StarBucks and a homeless man go stabbed, two cops were standing there questioning him while the stabber ran away. The poor man was standing there holding his bloody wound.

This is unbelievable! I would love to hear the logic of police thinking today. It blows me away!
