Well done on getting to the doctor. That's the first step in looking after yourself. You're right though, there is no pill for those alone and difficult days. Post as much as you want. Maybe that will help you to feel less alone.

I know how you feel puzzled. I struggle everyday. However, I feel supported by my doc. He is trying to help me through this too as best he can, and he is relying on me to do my part to accept help when I need it, talk when I feel down, and keep him informed of any changes between appointments. The crew here, have helped me a lot.
