So basically I notice I always think too much, then put myself in a bad mood
And I did lotta dbt and other therapies and they suggest to just focus on the task at hand and take this slow and mindfully And I think that's really legit I can be happy as Tom cruise in alien poon, then think of a time someone's been mean to me; then my whole mood is ruined and I'm grumpy, angry; depressed and etc But now I try to be mindful like "okay I'm in a bad mood, just gknna be positive and take it slow and focus on now, and it will pass, and it does pass every time!! And as for having hope, personally my hope is in god and heaven, through what miracles I have seen in my life and my biggest desire in this world was love, and I found it though she is in heaven but I dont mind cus she makes me very very happy But that's a whole nother thread... Hang in there everyone, try to stay positive I know it's hard as hell it is for me too ![]() But we are going to be okay Every morning we wake up is because the universe wants us alive and has things for us to do that day ![]() Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Also tbh I would like some recognition
