how do u get rid of fruit flies. omg..they are ****ing everywhere in my house right now.
like, herds. i cleaned up all the food that was left sitting out and opened a window. i sprayed them with antibacterial spray. but they keep flying in my face, ****... i hate it.

Put out containers with apple juice or apple cider vinegar. Place a drop of dishwashing soap in each dish to break the surface tension of the liquid so the little buggers drown. Cover with plastic wrap with small holes punched in so that they can get in, but cannot get out. Works like magic.

Good you cleaned up any food or fruit. Make sure you get every bit if food. One time I didn't realize my daughter left part of a cucmber / cheese pita sandwich and that was the source. Here's an easy solution and put this where you see the flies and good luck:
