Yeah, I'm sure she did. Mine certainly. It did make me smile. My cat would never walk on a leash like this one was. Makes me wonder if he identifies with being more dog than cat?
Thanks for this!

My friend walks her cat, Tuffy, on a leash. So I tried my cat. Didn't work. Was like having a tasmanian devil that just did pcp on a
leash.
Thanks for this!

Mine would tear me up if I put him on a leash! LOL He loves to play with strings/ropes, so he'd be climbing up the darn thing instead of walking along ON it.

Few years ago over here a 4 year old girl was seen on her own at 3am in the morning . . . and they found that she was walking her cat on a string.

oh my gosh, had I had Krazz as a kitten, I would have definitely trained him to walk with a harness. I tried to teach him when he was 4 but he wouldn't have anything to do with it. I also tried with a little neoprene walking jacket (bright green with little black pirates)... but he tried to eat it

Many people that I know that also have ALCs, harness-train them, and then walk them ... and especially take them on hikes in the mountains (they generally love water so it's a kitteh's paradise! But they get tired fairly quickly and you have to watch out for dehydration)

The first time I saw that was this friend of mine had trained his cat to walk and live with a collar on and he would take her everywhere, even for rides in the truck when he wasn't on a work run.

I would LOVE to take Kitteh out like that...run errands, go for long walks, etc. I know it looks hilarious, strange and odd, but with his dog-like antics and large personality and behavior, it's hard not to

Rose, the cat we had who walked on a leash also LOVED to go for rides in the car! He was like a dog. If we left the car door open he would jump in and beg for a ride. Indulgent cat parents that we were we'd taken him out for a spin!

Got some weird look when we stopped outside a supermarket the other day, a bunch of people with horse and wagon.

But the worst stare I think I got when we all had rats a long time ago and we were outside three people with rats on our shoulders and they wanted to go in a store and get ice cream and of course they had to leave the rats outside. So I stood outside and waited with rats crawling all over me.
Thanks for this!
