As an artist/craftsman, I order things for my art all the time. Last Feb., I placed a large order with an online site, JKM Ribbons and Trim. This was for satin cord for my jewelry. The order never came, and I contacted them repeatedly asking for a refund, since my credit card was charged the day of the order. I looked online, and found many, many complaints about this company, dealing with the same issue as mine. The response was always "it's on backorder." I also found one article stating that there was a class action suit forming against this fraud complany. (They have big impressive website.) I contacted this company one last time, asking for a refund, and told them I was joining a class action suit against them for their fraudulent practices. They immediately issued a refund to my credit card! Whoa! who woulda thought!
