i dont know why but the little bit of time iv ben here and ben talking and talking and seeing others talk and reply has made a tiny dent in my mood some how everyone here has issues some worse than others and its nice to know im not all alone out here my family and friends dont know what to do for me or how to help...i hate looking in the mirror and seeing how much iv changed for the worst..up and down and round and round on this ugly roller coster ugh.......

This post has bought a smile to my face - its nice to reminded how much PC is appreciated. I feel awful today. Just awful. But being here is helpful even if it isn't always a smooth ride. Im glad you're feeling a bit better whacko
