I've been taking DMAE supplements for almost a week and I'm already noticing some improvements. Today I don't feel as groggy and lethargic, and I think I may go out and enjoy the actual day, which is something I rarely do.

Got a message today that because the professor is behind in the material, she is putting the rest online for the test Tuesday. This did not sound ideal as it is 3 lectures; however, instead of it counting against us if we get it wrong, she is making this material extra credit. Yes!!!

I finally made it to my aftercare group for the first time in a month, which was good, and I got paid today for my fall semester teaching.
