I took my meds and only slept 6 hours and I don't feel drugged or hungover...yeehaw!

I had a nice evening with my sig. other visiting and staying for another day or two. He was thrilled with KFC today, but tomorrow I'm actually cooking a real nice dinner for us. I feel encouraged.

I spent the day with a very dear friend. I don't know that I had much to offer, but I know that he knows how much love I have for him.
Love is not always enough, but we can grow and we can come together in a way that will always be there. Day or night we will be able to connect. I will be able to hold you and give squishes to your big beautiful brain. I love you, Dear Friend. Please have pleasant dreams. Know that you are in mine

I had my appt this morning and have been marked as urgent for counselling and I should be returning to my former counsellor ( I liked her) soon. I hope I can find success this time around in beating these nasty thoughts.

I got bills paid
I have a great supervisor who helped me get work issues resolved I got my meds picked up I saw my doc for an update since the anxiety attack I have a date for Sunday
