I just got through watching my son's first hockey practice... it was a challenge for him, but I am such a proud Mom right now!

I shouldn't be happy about this (I think) but our systems crashed yesterday and so even though I still had to sit at my desk for 8 hours I couldn't do a thing. Dang. No really. Stop laughing! LOL Zzzz Zzzz Zzzz.

Feeling much better...my sinuses decided to remind me they still exist by getting one Of the worst infections I've had in years.
 I hope to be back soon...I LOATHE being late on pm responses, and I miss y'all. On the bright side, my new laptop, while not here, was upgraded after talking to my mom. Same memory specs, but an additional 16gb SSD AND a top of the line grqphics card!!! For a rabid gamer like myself, it's a Godsend. I've wanted a solid gaming computer for years...mission accomplished. And hello Skyrim mods!!!!!!

I spent the evening with family and relatives, reunited with one of my favourite uncles who is advancing with ALS (Lou Gerhig's Disease) and got to hug and laugh with him again.
