Hey there,

I'm a Bipolar dude who totally loves the NFL and statistics. I have been planning to run a special 10 owner league next year, which will be comprised of people with mental illnesses. I have come to inquire of you, community peeps, and see if any of you out there would like to play competitively, but not in the sometimes harsh and aggressive world that most "sports people" prefer. I tend to listen and understand, versus castigate and judge.

I want to offer a league with a great support environment, where people can share about their issues, AND play fantasy football.

If this is something you could be "in to" next year, please drop me a line here and get on my mailing list. If, that is, this sort of thing is something you enjoy. I'm a rad guy, and I will be running the league. Just let me know, and thanks for reading!

Sorry for taking so long to get back to you guys. Fantasy Football is just about the statistics that players accumulate during the NFL games. The way it works, is BEFORE the NFL season begins, the players who want to play all gather in a live online draft, and pick a "team" of whichever NFL players you would like to have "playing for you" on your "team." They can be from any REAL team, so ALL the NFL is open to you. Everyone gets to pick a whole team, and you can pick up new players or trade with other owners during the season. As they play, in their different games, everything they do is worth some form of point value, and they add up to determine a winner between you and the other team owner you play week-to-week.

So, who to chose and why? That really depends on what you want to accomplish with your team, how you think the best way to score points would be. It's style, education about the NFL, and craftiness. The more homework you do, the better and more fun it will be. I just happen to be a big fan of the NFL, so keeping track of things is easy for me. I can help, and will keep everyone up to speed during the season about injuries and changes and stuff. I just want it to be fun.

Please keep this email handy. It's my silly league email, pay no mind to it, but it is connected to my fantasy football account. Just shoot me an email to that account, and I will send you an invite to the league early May 2013.

And thanks for the interest!
