I have just returned from my week long vacation. I had an awesome and relaxing time.

The Linkin Park concert was great!!!! Very very windy but the show went on. Unfortunately, there was some tragedy when scaffolding outside the stadium where they were serving free energy drinks collapsed due to the strong winds. One person died and at least 20 were injured.
My son enjoyed the concert enormously and has his first concert T-shirt! They played all the old favourites and we could still here them playing when we slipped out early to avoid the crowds. Some 40 000 people attended the concert. I coped okay though. We had a nice spot and weren't being bumped around. Plenty of drunk youngsters but that is to be expected at a concert. This vacation was worth every penny spent.

We stayed on a beautiful grape farm belonging to friends of ours who didn't want us to go! It was a little tense as farm workers were striking and rioting and threatening to burn farms down but no harm came to us. The police got very involved and eventually diffused the rioters.

Anyway, I'm back and happy to be so.
