About a year after the passing of my beloved Mutant Shepherd "Soul," wild rabbits started showing up in and around the fenced-in backyard. The latest regular visitor is the "North Alley Bunny." This one often appears sometime early in the morning and spends the daylight hours sheltering in the alley between the fences beneath the kitchen window. In these latest photos NAB looks pretty relaxed:

This is cool. I thought I was the only one to recognize the individual animals and their personalities that visit my yard. I name them, too. I am not alone

lol. Good deal, Rohag. Thanks for sharing.

Awwww the bunny is so cute and happy you take pleasure in these little visitors after losing your dear pet Soul. Your backyard must be peaceful, otherwise they wouldn't be regular visitors. Thank you for sharing these pics ((Rohag)).

had a backyard bunny buddy last summer...used to hop in around late aft. while I was carving...I'd keep working and he'd graze...used to wander just feet from me. Disappeared one day...ah the risks and rigors of the urban bunny. Enjoy your visitors rohag. You have a community it seems!

Thanks, it's cool to have small animals around. You'd love my neighborhood. Someone brought in some wild bunnies and let them run wild. Also a couple of domestics. You can guess what happened
It's bunnyburbia around here. And catcity...lots of independent cats. The bunnies and cats seem to coexist peacefully as far as I can tell. Neither side pays attention to the other.
Thanks for this!

I always feel I've gotten a special treat when I spot a rabbit in our yard...or anyone's. I feel the same way with squirrels. I want to go pet them, but they'll run away...or bite me, if I try. But I love them, just the same.
