Tonight, a man came up to me in the Walmart parking lot, and said, I'll load your dogfood for you! I thought he was a Walmart employee! I said "Thanks,"and told him that Walmart had a valuable employee in him. He said, "I don't work here!" I was touched. I told him, "You're the spirit of Christmas!" to which he nodded and smiled. But more than that, I think...and felt in my heart, that this man, like all of us wants to reach out and give kindness at this sad time in our grief over the tragedy in Conn. I felt it from this man. Let us all share some small act of kindness during the Christmas holidays.

That's happened to me too Seeker! Gives you a warm fuzzy feeling about humanity doesn't it?

And then he ran off with your purse!
![]() It's really nice that there are people like that in the world. I've had people assist me, as well.

LOL, Maven! I had shared this same story on FB, and many people said when they started reading it, that I would say something bad had happened! Isn't it sad that we are conditioned to expect bad things happening!? Honestly, it never even occurred to me that the man could have bad intentions. And I had parked away from all other cars (so I don't have any more booboos like hitting the yellow poles...which I've done twice now in Walmart parking lot!) I guess because I thought he was employee, it just seemed like a good thing he was doing. So, that is probably why I wasn't taken aback or fearful. I was left feeling warm and fuzzy, also gratitude for kindness during the sad time.
