I love most Disney movies and sing along with them when I watch them. The Lion King is my favorite as well.

I've got a poignant story about Disney.

When I was about 12 y.o., my friend and I went to see "The Fox and the Hound" in the theater. It was packed in there ~ the entire theater! Anyway, you know that Disney movies always have tragedy... when the fox's mom died, I started bawling. I cried SO HARD that my friend thought that I was laughing rudely. Irritated, my friend told me to "shhhh", and when she looked at my face that's when she realized that my "laughter" was actually sobbing.

I'm not extremely fond of Disney; there's just so much subliminal sexual messaging in their childrens' films. I can't say I'm suprised though. Walt Disney himself was a fairly high ranking freemason.

Isn't Disney now going under the name of Pixar for their animated films?

Disney did a great job with the Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe. Truly amazing what they can do with special effects now.

I have the video of Fantasia. I just love the way the music is paired with the animation. Cute mushrooms dancing around in a circle too.

hmm... i'm not sure.

i thought that disney was totally individual to that other one... toy story for example, wasn't that individual from disney?

or was it joint

All time favourite is The Lion King, closely follwed by Aladdin and Pocohauntos!!

My Sister and I have lots on DVD.... we have always been a huge Disney fan. When The Lion King came out at the cinema, my Cousin took us to see it that was way back in 1996. We had it on Video. Then it came back out at the Cinema last year I think and I went to see it with my Cousin who took us back in 1996. I now have it on DVD and I play it ALL the time. It certainly cheers me up!!

I love most Disney movies. I grew up watching "The Wonderful World of Disney" show. I love Cinderella, Lady and the Tramp, Snow White, and many more, but my favorite is the Pirates of the Caribbean series. I am hugely in love with Barbossa! That's my kind of pirate!

I haven't seen Bambi since I was a kid. Don't want to see that horrible scene where Bambi's mother dies.
