Russian tortoises are known to live up to 100 years or more with really good care. He's a vegetarian. We found him in the middle of the road. We saved him. In cost newborns somewhere a 100 bucks older like mine 300 maybe more.

i saved a turtle from the road once and we had him in the yard, which is on a farm, then he went for a walk to explore i guess and he never returned. I am sure he is having adventures out there, meeting other turtles, solving their problems, etc.

Turtles in some cultures besides symbols of longevity, for obvious reasons, are good luck, as well. My best to you and Oscar.
