Dice w' the devil....when that isn't an interesting game, I like woodcarving...whilst trying to
find validation in my being.

Mainly mind emptying woodcarving...calming somewhat.

Go to the beach. I don't care if its the dead of winter or height of summer, I LOVE all things BEACH. It's the sand, the crashing of the waves, the serenity, the power, the beauty.
And every day its new again!
Go to the beach.
Thanks for this!

I like playing guitar. It's feels nice when you learn a new way to play.

Listening to music is something I do almost continuously, especially when driving. That is how I decompress

It's a hard choice between reading and being with my H. Being with my H wins but I really like to read.

I love playing the piano and writing music.Sometimes if I feel up to it I write a song.I like to think of people I've known and write a song about them.

I'm a self taught piano player.

I collect things and I love reading. If I need to learn or even re-learn something I'll buy some books and start learning again.

There are a few activities that have traditionally been my fallback favorite things.

-Art (making it, or taking it in, in a gallery or museum)
-Travelling (anywhere, any way; just give me an excuse)
-Cooking (feeding people great food is particularly joyful for me; a family trait)
-Reading (have had trouble with it since I became depressed---I want to get it back very badly---but I was an avid reader)
-Going junking and antiquing (It is fun & relaxing, and educational)
-Finding great small treasures of restaurants---places where the food is heavenly and the prices extra cheap!
