A MIND TO BE FREE- THE MINEFIELD OF THE MENTAL HEALTH SYSTEM
Just found that this is free ( in the UK dont know about anywhere else) to down load. It is for kindle but if you dont have a kindle you can just download it to your computer. I haven't read it yet but it looks quite readable,double check its free before you download it cos they don't always stay free.
