Has anyone tried Bob Marley tea. I drink one every night before bed. It's green tea with other relaxing herbs. It's also decaffeinated. I think it also has meletonin, which helps promote healthy sleep habits. It's kind of hard to find. I only know one place that sells it. A Winn Dixie store near my house.

I have had it before, a lot. But I can't drink it anymore, due to the melatonin. (I'm on meds that interact with it) Sooo yeah
