I completely understand!! Without my meds, I would sleep maybe an hour, if lucky. I am with you jimi.

it's best when I shut off all thoughts. this sounds crazy but i do this by using breathing exercises. if my mind starts to think about anythIng i quickly twitch a finger.

hard to explain but out works

only problem is waking up and repeating this high level procedure
