I was wondering if anyone knows of any group therapy rooms conducted on Zoom?
I know there are lots for places to do AA or NA meetings but wondering if they do the same thing for mental illness. Thank you!

Yes, I attend some.

Here are two sites you can try:

I have attended over 100 meetings on those platforms. I feel they are safe and real. They have helped me a lot. The Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance (DBSA) and the National Alliance for Mental Illness (NAMI) have both moved their support groups to the Support Groups Central platform because of the pandemic.
