I know video clips usually go in the other forum but I wanted this to get seen. I love the Dove company and their contributions to educating women about self esteem and acceptance. My 15 yr old shared this with me and I absolutely love it.

You're right. That is a beautiful video. Brought tears to my eyes, actually, because I would totally be one of those people who wouldn't describe myself as beautiful as others see me.

Very nice video! I suspect most women see themselves as less attractive than they really are. And smiling can add beauty to all of us!

This was such a poignant insight. I see this too when I hear others describe me vs how I describe myself; even I see it in my niece, in a conversations we have had, how I see her is not how she sees herself, with more critique and negativity, less acceptance and less compassion, which concerns me. This was moving and so touching. You are so right, Payne, smiling brings out even more of our inner beauty. Thanks for this Lynn!
