In life, we sometimes encounter teachers who are so kind that you hope that they can stay forever at your school and some who are so harsh that you wish they weren't teaching here. Yes, I've had that feeling when I was young in elementary. This third grade teacher I had...well I hate to talk about since it happened so long ago. Long story short, she never liked me and she kind of made the whole class dislike me. What I did was I told the principal that she had hit me just so that i can transfer out of her class. It worked and i was out. But then i met this woman who was kind of nice until she started to reveal more of how she feels about me. These people never wanted me to be successful in elementary. One year, I felt like I was constantly being plagued because of what I did. But then i try to justify it by saying that it was her fault because if she had not asked the class if she scared me after yelling at me saying,"Write your name! Did I scare him?" Yeah that's right. After a few days she still tried to be mean to me. When I laughed, she called me mentally ill or crazy. I cried so many times. One time when she patted me on the shoulder, I used that as an opportunity to get revenge, to have her punished. I wanted to know how much she had caused me and how many times I have cried.

If anything she ought to be apologizing.

I understand the teacher was not good to you--believe me, I've had my share of those--but that's not an excuse to make a criminal accusation about someone falsely. You don't mess with someone's reputation, career and personal life like that.

all i wanted to get out of that was basically her getting in trouble. I didn't mean for other things to happen. She put me through heck and i'm going to do the same. Not trying to be vindictive but hey she had it coming to her.

I don't think anybody could reasonably blame you for that. I commend your ingenuity!

You seem possibly symptomatic of BPD IMHO

Sorry, but your behavior is vindictive.

There are other more healthier and respectful ways to deal with this. You could talk or write a letter to the teacher. Just be respectful. You could also "move on" and use the experience to learn and motivate yourself to become a better person. It is your choice, no one else's.

I would not expect a third grade student to know how to deal with a difficult teacher. When my son was in third grade the special ed teacher would push him prone onto the floor and hold him there with all her body weight but my son did not know to tell anyone that she was doing this; she was later terminated when we learned what she was doing though.

I had no idea that teachers were bullies until the third grade. I really didn't. I thought educators were paid to do their job and that was it. Well, turns out, things can be very different.
