It's an old black and white and stars Carey Grant and a host of others. It's a mad cap comedy and it's great! Arsenic and Old Lace is on TCM

I love watching old movies and I always put turner classics on when I go to sleep...just something about that era seems more easier than nowadays...

I didn't see that one, but will look for it to be on again. Last night on TCM, I watched the 1955 version of THE LADYKILLERS, which was remade recently starring Tom Hanks. This original version, in color, was simply wonderful, and I found myself laughing out loud several times! Mrs. Wilberforce rocks!

I LOVE Carey Grant!!! Is Hugh Grant related to him? I know that's probably a stupid question but my sister and I were talking about that and neither one of us knew for sure.
I like Yul Brynner, too.

I was fortunate enough to see him in the King and I on Broadway back in the eighties. Arsenic and Old Lace is on TCM

Hi Jax, Cary Grant is not his real name. He was born Archibald Alexander Leach. So they're seemingly not related.

You got to see Yul? That's really cool.

I really thought they were related. Don't they kinda have the same personality in a way?
