i have just recieved a gift of my husband to cheer me up,as he knows i am not feeling to good ,i think he understands my depression any how i have always wanted a telescope since i was eleven,i love astrolgy, space ,stars, planets and i asked for one on my eleventh christmas, but i did not get one ,every year till now and four relationships later i have got one , and i love it i saw the moon ,and a moving star ,
it sounds really silly to be so happy now that i am 32 and 3 children later but i have bought a book ,and visited web sites and it is really motivating for me . Is there anybody else who have something that really helps someone or a hobby they do to keep happy

I'm so happy for you deepblue... it sounds like you married a prince! Can I borrow him? Just for a while... I'll give him back... lol.

I play piano to calm me down or to relax... I love music, the old classical kind.

The first star I ever saw through a telescope was canus major, but I don't know if you will see it in the northern hemisphere, but if you find it, think of me! Also jupitor is beautiful to look at with the bands that stretch across it and all it's moons. You can see jupitors moons with binoculors!
