I would like to know if there is any connection between our brain (Frontal lobe) development and it. Like Frontal lobe would stop developing after the age of 25. What are the parameters of being matured? I know it is sort of being clever, acting and judging situations for the benefit of you. So how come this aligns itself with the social etiquettes? And so maturity level or the parameters will be different for various cultures?

Frontal cortex moderates the demands of more reactive parts of the brain -- and it can increase its ability to do this far beyond the age of 25.

As far as I'm concerned, there is not just one "maturity", ... there's physical, emotional, and mental maturity, ... but that's just how I see it.
