I've been wondering if anyone else here has tried and succeeded in posting an "Ask The Therapist" question and getting it answered. If so, was it helpful/ what was the general topic? Because I have little access to any kind of professional help right now, so I have asked a few questions but they've never been replied to. Maybe they just don't get what I'm asking or maybe the whole thing is a clever ruse (that's my maybe paranoid thought about it). I've checked and there aren't any posts that really answer my questions... So, I don't know. Has this "Ask The Therapist" thing actually helped anyone? Thank you in advance.
