So two weeks ago I got myself blocked by my idol DeadMau5 because I tweeted him nearly two dozen times over the course of a weekend. For the first week I didn't allow myself to look at his twitter to "ground" myself. Then I added him and waited another week before I posted to him to which he did not respond.

But the whole reason why I wanted to tweet him in the first place was because I am going as DeadMau5 for Halloween, but I am worried that two weeks will be too soon for me to post again and I'm afraid that he may block me again if he recognizes my costume (I tweeted him a picture of part of my costume before he blocked me).

Now I am not sure whether I should tweet him a picture of me in my costume. Maybe he won't even respond to it, or maybe he'll block me. I feel very conflicted. Is it worth the risk of being blocked again? I'll be devastated if I get blocked again and I might just give up being his fan, and I don't want that to happen. So what should I do?

I think it's best to leave him alone, at this point.
