I'm from Missouri and our whole family has always followed the Cardinals baseball team. Tonight they won the World Series. My daughter and my youngest son were at the game in St. Louis and were so excited.
I'm happy they won and very glad that my kids were able to attend. My youngest son is 24 and never misses a televised Cardinal game. He's a huge fan. This was probably one of the most exciting nights of his life.....his words when he called me after the game. They both drove 4 hours to the game on Wednesday that got rained out after they sat there for 3 hours. They were able to return tonight for the postponed game on the same ticket. I think they are really glad they did.

GO CARDS GO!!! That was so exciting!!! My sis and BIL were rooting for Detroit, so I took special pleasure in watching the Redbirds kick butt! LOL
