So, I have had pretty crappy things happen in the past month. Buried my daddy, buried an uncle, dealt with my 15 yr. old's depression(she is now on a low dose of Lexapro) and her failing grades not to mention trying to keep things calm for the sake of my baby girl(she is 13) and she is doing great!! Plus, I have had to do things alone, kind of. My husband returned yesterday after being gone for 2 weeks (he was working, we do have bills to pay) and things look up now that he is here to help with some of these issues.
So, this morning he gets ready to go get a hair cut, go to the bank, get a belt for my washing machine, etc.
Well, he backed all into my little car with his big ford pickup truck. It will have to be turned in on insurance. The truck is fine and the car is still driveable but the hood and headlight are not fine. He is very mad at himself about this.
I, however, laughed about it....?
I would normally be PISSED off with something like this.
MY thoughts were: It could have been worse
We have 3 vehicles and I barely drive the car anymore
Our oldest won't be 16 until April...plenty of time to get
the car fixed back up for her Sweet Sixteen.
I ma proud of myself for not flying off the handle but worried that it is because I don't expect anything but bad right now....
