well.......... what can I say,

I was putting away Christmas stuff upstairs and cleaning the garage today.
SO I go out to the sun room to the deck to empty the ash trays and pick up
trash thrown on the deck. Put a few computer cords in a box.. I leave the sliding door open, was 49 degrees today, not that 49 is hot, just wasn't bitter cold and I could just run out to the deck and back without closing the door...

I noticed the female renter cranked up the heat so I asked her to not turn up the heat... and she flips out on me.......that i had the door open and she was freezing, yada yada yada... saying she pays rent and if she is cold she will turn up the heat. I said it doesn't need to be so hot you can't breathe... AND SHe was going on how I am disrespectful to her. "Look I tried talking to her many times and she ignores me" so I don't even as much as say hi to her..not sure how I'm disrespectful to her..... beats me...

I don't understand where these idiots say I am disrespectful to them...I don't even talk to them...dang...........THe laundry room flooded so I had to clean up the water with towels, and usually I don't do laundry in the evening, because I am so fking disrespectuful" I leave the washer and dryer to the renters to use in the evening.....But this time I had all these wet towels and they needed to be washed, so I fking washed them...

Female renter comes down to do laundry. Had only been 5 minutes since I threw the towels in the washer... Well, I went in the laundry room and I know she turned the washer off.. so she could do hers... When I commented she said the washer stopped and I said well it has to complete the cycle and she got pissed and threw her clothes basket and ran upstairs...

I heard all this knocking on the floor at l0pm and I went upstairs calling for AJ and she yelled at me to shut up....... lol............. Her little boy is autistic and I guess he was pounding on something.. ANYWAY.... trust me, I bit my tongue and said nothing to her...........AJ wasn't home.... I am pretty sure that shut up was for me...... proud of me for holding my tongue...


Just this time I didn't.........anyway....... Happy New Year World.. :

Look, the renters don't bother me one bit. I pay no attention to them.. I just mentioned this because I don't know, I guess just because.. Guess if she wants to clean the garage, sun room and deck and take out the trash and pick up the Christmas lights, she can.. won't bother me......... But the thing is, it isn't hers or her job so why should she do it.. People r nuts...renters are fking nuts.. I love animals..

Well she has been here a few months. To be honest, I don't recall when she and her son moved in. Guess that shows how much I pay attention to new renters..

AM sure she "might" have problems renting with others because of her autistic son. He runs back and forth for hours every night. AND he beats stuff. I don't know what he is knocking about. I just know I listen to him running back and forth every night and knocking on stuff.. He makes a lot of noise.... I have never, once mentioned the noise he makes.. (ok the other night I mentioned the noise because it was 10pm I was hearing all this loud baning) But other than that, I've never said a word... I would not have the heart to do so as he doesn't even know what he is doing... Yet, I'm not sure how many "others" would tolerate all the noise, and then to add her attitude....hmmmmm

She is lucky... AJ stays in his bedroom most of the time which means she and her son have the living room/ family room with the tv all to her little ole self.. The other "male" renter stays in his room too.. Seemed so I thought, all was well, and everyone was doing their own thing and not bothering anyone.. Isn't the first time I've been wrong..

Yes, I could write a book.... What an idea! Gosh that could keep me busy in 2014. I could write a book ----- Landlord Manual for Dummies......

Just wanted to add I'm sorry for all the bad language. Just I get so sick with all these silly renters who say ooo they pay rent they can do whatever they want...which never means what they want to do is productive..

I feel like I'm dealing with rebellious teenagers instead of 25 'year old young adults.........

Between peeing in the front yard, tossing cigg butts in the driveway and yard to letting the garbage can in the kitchen overflow, because "renters" don't have to take out the trash, because they pay rent...... They don't have to do anything! For some reason they think this is a bed and breakfast.. They play and we clean up after them.. THey are getting a rude awakening... Even AJ is irked with them...He tells them he isn't their maid.. And if they don't clean up after themselves, he will hire a maid and raise their rent...

I've rented rooms and basements when in my 20's and if I even talked once to the landlord like these renters talk to me, I would have been tossed out...... I was raised better or I knew better.......SO the bad language is no excuse... Come to think of it, I should have told her to "bite me" and moved on doing whatever I was doing....Just she caught me off guard and when they happens most anything might flow from my lips.......
