Just for fun, I ran a query to see how member's general mood was in the community, based upon our DailyMood function (in the blue sub-menu if you're using the Default theme).

Here are the results:

Psych Central - Community's Mood

Overall, the mood of the members who've used this DailyMood tracker is "good." Only a small minority of members use this mood tracker.

Because of the sample size and bias, this is nothing more than a fun summation and aggregation of some data (e.g., it's not scientific).

Best,
DocJohn

Cool! If every member could use it even just once a week, it would definitely reflect the community's mood more accurately...

It's Sunday evening and I did not accomplish too much but I should cut myself some slack. I am kind of annoyed but I accept that.

I use mine every time I log on. I feel it give the members an insight into how I may be feeling at the time of posting, which may reflect on why I have posted the way I have. I really like it, helps me gauge how I am feeling too and if I am perhaps not in a helpful mood to be on the forums.

I found it on the menu bar by log out. I use it once in a while. Usually I use the little box that shows my mood with it's own drop down menu, but even that I don't remember to change much.

Well. I can't see everyones mood. ...but most of them I see are pretty much like the moods we see in the responses. Doesn't really look like the charts...
hmmm I don't know about that...

Maybe since I see doc Johns' mood on calm on the time. Maybe it balances it out.

I am not answering scientifically. I am answering probably more in jest, maybe a little dry humor.

hahahaha
