Most of these hobbies are inside, screen based hobbies, do you have activity based hobbies? For humans to keep mentally healthy we need a range of hobbies and interests.

I love to read. I'll read anything that sparks my interest. I especially like to read cook books and then make the things I find. Cooking is my favorite way to relax. I also do jig saw puzzles. The time just flies when I am puzzling.

lol; when you posted "I am into photography" I misread pornography. Whoops. You seem well rounded and talented, despite my misconception of you. ^-^

I don't think any of those hobbies are weird :3

1) I read and write
2) I play the violin
3) I do Archery and Swimming
4) I play The Sims 3
5) I go biking sometimes
6) I slave away on the comp. or watch TV XP

Well, that's most of my interests!

Weird hobbies? Not just hobbies, but particularly weird ones?

I collect prosthetic eyes and antique doorknobs. I make jewelery out of random objects (like ball ends off guitar strings, keyboard buttons, machine gears, and circuit boards). And I make tiny (smaller than a dime) origami cranes.

I don't know how weird these hobbies are, but I enjoy them:

I design sailboats and build scale wooden models of them. I'm currently building a 60 inch unlimited class racing sloop. Um... let's see... I love to go target pistol shooting. I enjoy cooking. I'm a voracious reader. I love designing elegant but complex and user-friendly Excel software applications. I spend a lot of time every summer going on long-distance wilderness backpacking trips. I enjoy long distance canoeing. Oh! And I LOVE to go on unplanned and spontaneous journeys with no destination in mind and with no set timeframe or agenda... to just hop in the car and and go on an unplanned adventure... I just ask my wife, "Which way shall I turn, right or left? Or shall I just continue going forward?" We've covered most of the United States and much of Canada this way...

I'm sure I have more hobbies than that, but these are the ones that come to mind right now...

Another variation on this that a friend of mine and I used to do (back when gas was 85 cents a gallon), is play paper-rock-scissors. If the person on the right wins, turn right; left wins, go left; tie, go straight.

I love canoe tripping, too. My husband and I hope to move to a part of Canada where we can do more of this. Tell me about some of your best trips, if you like. I'm curious.

My weird hobbies involve listening to weird music and frequently playing it. I like JSBach best of all classical, despite I'm an atheist. I like complicated funk, and lots more I wouldn't want to list because it would distinguish me too much. I like world music, and I know more about crappy pop music that I don't even like than any female should. Lately I've been teaching my dear husband about music, and transcribing bits of stuff for him to play on his ocarina, his first musical instrument, in fact.
