I used to have seizures and so I want to support purple day on march 26th. my problem is that last year I was very anxious and stopped going out. well I am starting to feel better, ive started going to the gym, but I live in a very small town, and I cant drive, and so I cant get to city events, and so I still don't have a huge number of friends, but it seems like most money raising events require you to have loads of friends and support already! so any ideas?

Do you make crafts? You might be able to sell them online (etsy is popular) Otherwise, you could ask places like gas stations or diners to leave jars for donations, or try to push some sweets on your friends for a slightly higher than buying price- let them know the extra charge is for a good cause! Also an ad in the local paper might be just the thing. Hope this helped.
p.s. super cute avatar by the way. ^-^
