so... i have just got off te phone to my bf and he is at a houseparty n this has made me feel panicky an i cant slep. even kalm tablets aint helping... RGHHHHH X

Maybe you should talk to your boyfriend about this and ask him to take you with him?

Hi there. I take Kalms as well, but the ones for anxiety, not the sleepy-time ones. Is there something troubling you? It might be worth getting it off your chest, here.
