A constant flow of warm beverages and when times are really hard, chocolate. (Times tend to get really hard several times a day).

Ice cream. Can't even buy it for my kids. I can-and have- eaten a whole carton at one time. How embarrasing. Sometimes, I cannot even remember getting up in the middle of the night to eat it, but I have been told that the ambien I take may cause the lack of memory.

I comfort eat indiscriminately so at first I was really struggling to answer this, because I never really enjoy the food that I crave. However, after a bit of round about thinking I have to say what does it for me is a nice cup of Yorkshire Tea with Acorn Diary's Full Cream Organic Milk from shorthorn cows that graze the pastures of the Yorkshire and Durham Dales.

Mostly, but the blend varies according to where you live and the water you have. I love ceylon blue sapphire tea and phoenix honey orchard oolong tea too, but nothing beats the comfort of Yorkshire Tea. I live in Harrogate (the home of Yorkshire Tea) and I would love to work for them.
