Mind games are my favorite activities. I regularly solve crosswords and sudoku. These are my ways to keep my mind active and stimulated. I encourage people to play puzzles as their cognitive workout. Always remember the old saying, "use it or lose it."

I do the crossword puzzle in the paper every day. I have tried Sudoku and can never figure it out.

I like solving crossword in the morning. I play it online for free on freedailycrosswords.com . I also print them so I can have them on the go.
