Your butt should never be higher than your head. If it is, something's about to go horribly wrong.

Get your vitamins from food i.e. leafy greens, cruciferous vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, rich orange or peachy coloured fruits, mango etc., berries
Go to the doctor at least once a year.
Drink lots of water.
Yoga, stretching, weight lifts to keep your bones strong.
Avoid processed foods full of sugar, fat, and salt, which come in many disguises.

And, now that I've said all of that "know it all" stuff, did I do that my whole life? lol, I should have.....and getting out in nature, very important to connect with all there is.
Wish I could tell that to myself when I was about 18 and on my own.
Thanks for this!

I think the best thing you can do is exercise and eat lots of vegetables. there are other things but I think those are the basics. oh and try to sleep as much as possible (I say that because I have trouble sleeping sometimes and it does me in, I don't function well at all if I haven't slept well).

Exercise, plenty of water, steady (and right amount of) sleep schedule are the most important. Followed very closely by proper hygiene and a healthy diet.

Sleep enough (if you can)
Go hiking and camping, see hear and smell nature, have a campfire
Don't eat sugar and avoid processed food
Have pets or access to animals
Eat based on your dosha
If you are the least creative, write, paint, sing, play an instrument, build things

Sorry.. one too much there!
