Do you have any hobbies? What ever you are interested find a group that you can go to you in your local community to participate in. That will get you out of the house and off the computer. I like craft so I've joined a group. It gets me out of the house.
Thanks for this!

Good luck. Let me know how things go, I need some inspiration too. (with limited budget and living in a city that not much happens)

Audiobooks don't require you to be looking at or interacting with a screen, so they'll at least give your eyes a break. Or regular books.

Same thing here! I'm in high school, and the computer habit is still within me! Like what some said here, you should concentrate on hobbies or activities that don't have to do with staring at a lit screen. Baking, drawing, reading, exercising, watching TV (from a distance!), and even sleeping can cut your computer time! Whatever grabs and continues your interest, you decide! As for the computer time, spend a length of time on the screen that won't strain your eyes. Good thing is that I'm not telling you to limit your time to 30 minutes or whatever, but as long as you can handle it before your brain passes out Hope this helped!

A musical instrument! Guitar gives me a break, sometimes, ... although, I need my computer for my guitar-related antics, to look for tab, and to read it, as well as recording stuff for people. Still, ... an instrument would tear you away, once in a while.

I wouldn't read books or something, because they are quite a bit of exercise for your brain and eyes, IMO. Since you probably do need to rest your eyes, ... I'm guessing drawing could be nice, ... it's kinda relaxing, maybe? If you have a garden, drawing outside is nice.

Doesn't drawing require the eyes to focus on coordination and detail, thus exercising them, too... ?

True, but I suppose it depends on the detail. The few times I have drawn things, have been casual, and relaxed. You could always draw blind.
