I think it's cute. I bought a minature bonsai tree

Does anyone know what kind it is? I want to learn to take care of it.

It is *very* cute :-)
Very cool.
I have no idea what kind it is...
But I've been thinking about getting a plant...
I just tend to kill things :-(
Like goldfish :-(
Though I used to have a venus flytrap that did okay...

I just posted my question on this plant identification forum. Hopefully some expert will tell me what type of plant it is. All I know is that it's tropical. It says "Tropical" on the price tag. LOL

I sure hope it doesn't die on me!

Yes very pretty indeed! I got a kit to grow one for Christmas like last year but I never grew it yet.

What an awsome tree. I don't know what kind it is either. Great idea to post on the other site. Hopefully they will be able to tell you how to care for it. Cute hamster too.

I've seen those venus flytraps. They're very small. Did it ever catch a fruit fly or something?

My hamster died. I bought a minature bonsai tree

Right now I'm between hamsters. I was a bit devasted after two of my hamsters died without apparent reason. I might get another one in the summer.

If I'm not mistaken, I think the name of your bonsai is a Ginsenf Ficus.
I was looking them up on the internet and from your picture, that came the closest.
I could be wrong though.

Nah, but I used to take it outside at dusk and I'd put it down somewhere in the garden where all the sandflies and stuff were hanging out... They don't need to eat live things if they are in good soil so it doesn't harm it not to eat anything. I used to try and get things to feed it but couldn't really. Tried feeding it little pieces of cheese but I'm not sure that was good for it...

Very cute little plant.

I was given a more mature bonsai as a gift some years ago. I killed it. Most difficult plant I ever tried to take care of. Perhaps learning how to train it from the time it is small will be better training in how to take care of it.

Best wishes for taking good care of this cute little thing.
