Yesterday was my birthday. I didn't really have any plans after working all day. My husband did have me a funny card to try and cheer me up. And he got me a praying angel for my charm bracelet. Other wise nothing special. I won't see what my daughter got me for a couple of weeks when I go see her.
I think of it as a pretty sad day since my mother died. For 78 years she always had me a birthday cake that she made from scratch. I miss her on my birthday.
