I had my first therapy appointment today and it was awesome.

Took my first class at the gym, which was painful because Im shy and Im so out of shape. I did it though. It is called "flaunt". All over body work out. Its for women 18 years and older.

Wonder what tomorrow will bring.

Nice one! I've been doing that stuff but from home. My bedroom is my gym. I have social anxiety and particularly just HATE working out in public, ... so, yeah, I like my privacy. Although, I am planning on jogging/running outside, ... doing some laps around a field, and possibly also continuing my day's workout there with some resistance exercises. Just trying to get some decent trainers, first. Seriously, though, nice one! I couldn't do that. xD I'd be FAR too paranoid.

I totally make a fool out of myself. I wanted the back of the room last night but the only spot left was in the front. Tonight is a total toning I going to leave earlier and get in the back.
