At work the other day, "I got a complement from a store shopper." When i was working, she asked me, "Am i in your way?" I then said, "No. you can keep shopping, i'm okay." Later, she told store management that i was very polite and nice for what i did for her. I felt very good about this complement.

It is nice when people take notice of a job well done and let the boss know. Most of the time most of the feed back we get is negative.
