The other day, i grilled some "turkey burgers." I hooked them up with ketchup, inside before cooking, then after they were cooked, i put some chili sauce and pineapples on them, and they were great!

Has anyone tried this?

Not that way but I have put a little cheese and BBQ sauce inside before cooking. Also have put garlic butter inside them when grilling. Texture wise they just aren't as good as beef so I always have to add a little oomph to them.
