Good to hear you're better!

I understand you about the 'preferring no meds' (me too!) I haven't been very open with my psychiatrist either, I don't wish more meds, so it's just the standard, 'I'm okay-ish'...

You're so beautiful. And skinny - are you eating enough? Magnesium can be important for panic attacks, other vitamins and minerals possibly too.

Some people managed to avoid panic attacks by trying to have one (the intention proved counterproductive), not sure if it would work, might give it a try?

Aww thank you! I stay around 600-700 calories a day with the occasional day of 1000+ to hopefully trigger weight loss. So technically no... im not eating enough, but it's the amount I can handle.

I haven't heard about the magnesium. .. but my panic attacks are so random that I don't know when i would need to take it
